"...what makes us unique isn't so much our height or shape or fingerprints or eye color but our histories, our stories. Day by day our lives are woven into a giant narrative, and every moment we become more and more the story of who we are. We are our stories. And we only connect with other people when we know their stories." - Steven James

I just met you Mel, but I'll be praying that this is a time of healing and refreshment for you. I know God's word always helps me when I'm feeling frazzled too.
God bless you!
Hi Mel,
First I must say that is the cutest picture ever!
I know the feeling, I have been taking it a bit slow lately as well. I love to share but I need to recharge my battery as well; and with all the spring yard-work, the time demands are brutal.
Sometimes life seems so prearranged that I need to just come up for air, new air.
You and your family are always on my mind,
Fred
Hi Mel:)
It is a good idea to keep away from blogging for some time. Blogging should be fun. It should not be demanding and upsetting your priorities and schedules.
See you when you come.
My best wishes and prayers :)
Joseph
Hi Trudy,
Thanks for the kind words and for the prayers. God bless you, too!
Hi Fred,
I'm glad you like the picture. Who knew elephants could smile? New air... that sounds refreshing. :)Thank you for your thoughts and kind words.
Hi Joseph,
Thank you for your support and encouragement. God bless you, Brother!
Hey Mel, you are much more open with your posts! I tend to just post when and where possible! And I think that sometimes allocating your time to various responsibilities is wise! I just got 9/10 on my Law assignment - and that was due to allocating my available time to it (and maybe an ounce of LUCK!). We are still here and understand your needs outside of blog-world. Take care and talk soon! Hope you had an extra special mothers day! I did :-) talk soon,
Danielle

Greetings, Dear Danielle!
Great job on getting a 9/10 on your law assignment! Woo hoo!! Your hard work paid off. I'm so happy for you. :)
Thank you for your words of understanding and encouragement. It was a much needed break, for sure. But I feel better now.
God bless you and yours, Danielle!
